Never go to Radiance Salon in Marblehead!!!!!!!!!!! To make a long story short, they died my hair BLACK!!! And tried to tell me it was dark brown! My mom stared crying when she saw me, and Ava didn't recognize me! They would not give me my $ back, nor would they fix it without me paying full price!!!!!!!!! I ended up going to La Belle Femme to get it fixed! I was there all day Saturday (9:45-3:00), and I had to go back on Sunday! They were AMAZING!!! They totally save my life! Heidi worked some sort of magic, so I can now at least go out in public!
After many calls to Radiance, they still refuse to admit any wrong doing and they will not give me my money back. So, I am doing whatever I can to let people know how horribly they treat their customers!!!
